For information about ABM’s benefits, visit [ABM Employee Benefits: Staff & Mgmt](https://media.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/AnnualBenefitFlyers/Recruiting%20Flyer%20-%20Staff%20&%20Mgmt.pdf) ### Responsibilities - Serve as the primary liaison between clients and operations teams to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded - Manage day-to-day janitorial operations across assigned facilities or accounts - Supervise, coach, and develop custodial staff and supervisors - Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with cleaning standards and contract requirements - Address client concerns promptly and maintain strong, professional relationships - Oversee staffing, scheduling, and labor management to meet operational needs and budget targets - Monitor account performance, including KPIs, service levels, and financial metrics (labor, supplies, profitability) - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies - Manage inventory, equipment, and supply ordering to control costs and maintain efficiency - Coordinate special projects such as floor care, deep cleaning, and event support - Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes ### Qualifications - Must have Valid Driver's License - High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred - 3–5+ years of experience in janitorial, facilities, or custodial management - Prior experience managing client accounts and leading teams - Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety protocols - Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship management skills - Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or workforce management systems ### About the Company ABM (NYSE: ABM) is one of the world’s largest providers of integrated facility, engineering, and infrastructure solutions.
