Account Manager

**Position:** Account Manager (Client Relations) **Type:** Office-based administrative role (no outside sales or fieldwork) ### **Primary Responsibilities:** - Handle administrative tasks related to **personal insurance policies** (auto & home) - **No sales or outside visits required** - Process **insurance applications, cancellations, and renewals** - Assist with **new policy enrollments and existing client care** - Gather necessary information for **accident reports, address changes, and cancellations** ### **Office Location:** **Cypress, CA** ### **Requirements:** **Professional-level proficiency in Japanese** **Professional-level proficiency in English** **Experience in the insurance industry** ### **Work Schedule:** Monday Friday, **9:00 AM 5:00 PM** - Standard **8-hour workday** (with flexibility to finish early if tasks are completed) - **Fully remote position** ### **Compensation:** **$45,000 $50,000 per year** ### **Benefits:** - **Health, dental, and vision insurance** - **401K retirement plan** - **Paid time off (PTO)** - **Sick leave** - **Performance-based raises** - **Company Events**
