BSI Corporate Benefits is seeking an Account Manager to lead and manage an assigned book of business to join our fast-paced, high-intensity, customer-centric Account Management team. This is a hybrid position allowing flexibility for a combination of in-office and at-home work. We also offer training and tuition assistance to help our employees grow personally and professionally. **What Makes this Job So Unique?** As an Account Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to make a significant and meaningful contribution to the success of BSI and its clients through the following core job responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day execution of client benefits administration, client communications related to employee benefits, and the delegation of customer service needs. - Serve as the point of contact at the HR level for all groups in assigned book of business. - Provide outstanding customer service to all current and prospective clients. - Support the strategic renewal process for groups in assigned book of business. - Prepare client presentations related to Pre-Renewal, Renewal, Year-End Review, Multi-Year Planning, Open Enrollment etc. - Conduct educational and health/wellness-related meetings with clients and their employees. - Compile pertinent information from the client to prepare an RFP. - Support the development of new business. - Manage all client compliance activities. - Develop an internal process of tracking timelines and notifications for client compliance programs. - Review and reconcile client billing statements. - Update client files. - Manage carrier set up for groups in assigned book of business. - Conduct and lead Open Enrollment presentations in person and virtually. - Assist the Account Director in mentoring and training of Client Service Coordinator if applicable. - Support the Senior Account Executive & Producer with other tasks as assigned **Qualified Candidates Should Possess:** - A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or other related field. - 2-3 years of health insurance experience - Life, Accident, and Health insurance licenses or the ability to obtain them within 6 months of employment. - Understanding of Health Insurance and Health Savings Accounts - Experience reading and interpreting reports from insurance carriers. - Ability to work under significant pressure with frequent interruptions. - Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to concurrently handle a large number of issues. - Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks appropriately. - Superior written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present professionally via in-person, online, phone, and written communication methods. - Exceptional active listening skills - Strong computer skills inclusive of MS Office and Google Suite.
