Requires no supervision **Essential Duties** - 25% in office, 75% in field (depending on customer account) - Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customer accounts - Provide strong account leadership through a consultative sales approach with accounts - Develop a customer retention program - Generate and submit bids to customers as requested - Understand key business drivers of customer accounts in order to provide effective solutions - Primary point of contact for all matters specific to assigned customers - Resolve issues on assigned job sites and with customers - Travel to field locations to conduct sales meeting and for issue resolution - Collect samples from wellsite and conduct water analyses - Work with technical team to determine optimal monitoring program - Achieve and sustain revenue and customer targets - Routinely report chemical usage and KPI data to customer - Forecast future work and resources - Oversee daily operations of the local yard, including equipment staging, cleanliness, and safe work practices - Submit orders for chemical deliveries and ensure job tickets are generated, accurate, & received - Supervise and schedule field personnel for daily and weekly assignments; delegate work assignments and provide leadership and guidance - Manage the local fleet, delivery, and equipment maintenance programs; coordinate with basin leaders on route optimization and process improvements - Ensure standardized DOT regulation adherence to reduce violation risk - Work closely with HSE and DOT to develop and enforce safe work practices - Oversee local inventory management, including month-end counts and tracking of dead and aged stock - Track monthly chemical usage and application - Ensure all paperwork and reports (job tickets, DOT logs, inventory, timesheets) are properly completed before submission - Assist technical team with RFPs - Aid other Account Managers in achieving all required tasks of customers - Provide excellent customer service, both internally and externally, and represent the company professionally in the field and at the yard - Work well independently and as a team **Qualifications** **Education/Experience:** Minimum 3 years of oil and gas production chemical experience. Proven record of customer service and account management success. Experience with oil and gas surface and downhole equipment required.
