**Account " Facilities" Manager - Janitorial Services** Full Time Days: Monday – Friday primarily, however weekends will be expected Schedule: Mostly 3^rd^ shift, however there will be expectations of 1^st^ and 2^nd^ shifts **Overview** 4M is growing and that means we need to grow our family of Team Members. Check out our culture video to learn more about us at: https://youtu.be/8v14pCRDRlA **Responsibilities** - Supervising, coaching and training Team Members - Develop rapport with the client contact and become the single point of contact - Plan and prepare Team Member work schedules - Implement 4M Operational Playbook - Maintain accurate building/facility records - Promote a safe work environment **Qualifications** - 3+ years in facility services management or equivalent experience - 2 years' experience in terminal hospital cleaning, - IT knowledge would be a plus! - Ability to manage multiple projects at once - Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing - Strong drive for results - Sense of urgency - Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook - Ability to lead an operations team for a specific client - Ability to analyze issues and create solutions **About 4M:** Founded in 1978, 4M Building Solutions is a janitorial, housekeeping, cleaning, and disinfecting services company headquartered in St. Louis, MO.
