Our Account Managers take ownership of their account to ensure we are meeting and exceeding our clients’ expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a growing company. Check out our culture video to learn more about us at: https://youtu.be/8v14pCRDRlA **Responsibilities** - Supervising, coaching and training Team Members - Working on Special Projects - Develop rapport with the client contact and become the single point of contact - Plan and prepare Team Member work schedules - Implement 4M Operational Playbook - Maintain accurate building/facility records - Promote a safe work environment **Qualifications** - 3+ years in facility services management or equivalent experience - Experience with an industrial Setting/ Forklift Operation - Construction experience a plus!! (not required) - Ability to manage multiple projects at once - Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing - Strong drive for results - Sense of urgency - Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook - Ability to lead an operations team for a specific client - Ability to analyze issues and create solutions **About 4M:** Founded in 1978, 4M Building Solutions is a janitorial, housekeeping, cleaning, and disinfecting services company headquartered in St. Louis, MO.
