| *Summary of Essential Functions for the Position:* **Committed to Caring,** the Account Executive is responsible for growing the home health service line by developing and nurturing relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare providers. This role involves driving business by identifying new referral sources, maintaining strong relationships with existing sources, and educating the healthcare community on the benefits of home health services. The Account Executive will work closely with the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care and excellent customer service and comply with all sales-related policies and procedures. | | --- | | *Qualifications / Licensure / Certification / Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:* Two (2) to three (3) years of home care or healthcare experience preferred, with proven success in sales a plus. Understanding of health care services strongly desired. Ability to manage multiple tasks, work effectively and independently with all levels of clinical and administrative staff. Ability to represent the Company effectively in a variety of settings and with diverse communities. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with excellent interpersonal skills. Must be well organized and demonstrate attention to detail. Ability to work within a team environment and with deadlines. Must demonstrate exceptional customer relations skills and a commitment to providing quality service. Acceptance and ability to demonstrate and support the core values and goals of Agency. Proficient with computer and Microsoft Office Suite including TEAMS, Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM software. Valid driver’s license, automobile liability insurance and reliable transportation required. 95% travel required within territory and to meet with referrals sources. May require occasional overnight stay for events or meetings. | | --- | | *Educational Requirements:* High school diploma or GED required.
