Driven, collaborative, and detail-oriented, the Account Executive plays a vital role in bringing dynamic client marketing programs to life. Acting as a key bridge between clients and cross-functional teams, this role drives seamless day-to-day project execution, ensuring clear communication, creative alignment, and exceptional results across every initiative. The Role: R ole & Responsibilities: Build relationship with clients based on trust and credibility. Collaborate with internal account leads on supporting day-day project management through the content, strategy and creative departments. Support in internal and client meetings, presentations, and calls; prepare relevant documents, including agendas, presentation decks and follow up communications, etc. Evaluate copy, layouts, artwork, media plans and productions materials and make suggested revisions in keeping with agreed upon strategies and business objectives. Keep agency team informed of client requests and changes; anticipate potential problems and potential implications; proactively develop and execute solutions. Proactively contribute to manage project scope and budget; notify manager of client requests that fall outside of scope; alert client of financial and timing implications; secure client approval to proceed and revise budgets as needed. Analyze program results, summarize findings, and recommend program enhancements and/or changes to improve going forward. Assist senior leadership in the development of program recaps and associated presentations for clients based on analysis of results and recommendation.
