## Description **Account Executive Position Responsibilities:** - Develop and lead BAS account plans and strategies for each assigned account leveraging all available resources (executive sponsors, marketing, technical, services) - Drive revenue growth through new project identification, creation, and attach opportunities - Forecast and report activity accurately in line with expectations. - Identify major projects within end-user accounts and manage activities to maximize product and service revenue - Provide customers and partners with pricing and configurations to meet their needs as required - Forge high-level relationships within A/E, Contractor and End-user accounts to win incremental product and service business - Follow through on sold projects to ensure satisfactory completion - Assist customers and potential customers with problems involving the use of company products and services and recommend suitable resolutions accordingly ## Requirements **Account Executive Qualifications:** - High School degree or equivalent required - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or similar field is preferred - Minimum of five years of previous, relevant sales and operations experience preferred - Experience in one or more of the following industries preferred: building automation and controls, mechanical engineering, mechanical equipment, energy management. - Experience in applying solution-selling methodologies to maximize corporate revenue growth - Any credentials, including: CEM, EIT, PE, CHEP, LEED
