We’re looking for someone who’s goal-driven, customer-focused, and ready to grow with us. - Use strong communication and negotiation skills to work with customers and help them make timely payments. - Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance goals. - Make effective outbound calls to customers to arrange payments or set up plans to resolve past-due accounts. - Handle inbound customer calls — providing professional, friendly assistance while addressing both service and collection needs. - Work with Westlake customers to find and arrange collection solutions for individual accounts. - Be a dependable team player who contributes to a positive, supportive work environment. **EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS** - High School Diploma or GED preferred - Good communication, listening, and problem-solving skills - Basic to intermediate computer knowledge - Reliable attendance - Proper grammar and email etiquette - Type a minimum of 35 WPM - Ability to work under time constraints and daily deadlines - Good interpersonal skills and teamwork awareness - Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including evening shifts, overtime and weekends - Bi-lingual (Spanish) is welcomed but not required - Auto Collections experience preferred **MACHINES, OFFICE EQUIPMENT & SOFTWARE** - Daybreak or other retail consumer servicing systems. - Cisco or other auto dialer systems. - Web navigation and/or web-based applications. - Personal computer: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Comfortable using a computer keyboard and number pad for data entry. **Full-Time Employee Benefits (Available for Full-time role Only):** - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - 401(k)…
