(ASRI) is recruiting for the Test Engineering & Analysis Services contract in the Las Cruces and White Sands Missile Range, NM area.** **** **Education:** High School Diploma or GED **** **Months/Years of Experience:** One (1) year of experience desired **** **Required Qualifications:** Must be a U.S. Citizen, have or be able to obtain a DoD Security Clearance. **Desired Qualifications:** Prior leadership or supervisory experience, specific experience with Security Verification tools such as JPAS/DISS via WSMRNET. Experience with Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS). Extensive experience managing, troubleshooting, or operating specific proprietary IDS used by the facility. Familiarity with TRMS Mission Scheduling. Direct experience in 24/7/365 classified operations (especially in a military or government facility). Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products used for maintaining the daily log of security checks/inspections of classified areas and the daily Visitor Log. **** **Skills Needed:** Candidate will need to have “working” knowledge of Microsoft Office products, and acceptable computer skills. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively and read/write/speak English clearly. **** **Duties:** The Access Control Lead will maintain “access control” at Cox Range Control Center 24/7 (3 shifts), 365 days a year. Operational Security and Access Control: will control access into “restricted” areas using program provided access lists and will verify security clearances through JPAS/DISS via WSMRNET. Will assist project personnel and other authorized visitors to the CRCC. Responsibilities include protecting critical facilities and assets used to test cutting edge DoD weapons systems; provide mentorship and guidance to team members, ensure team is properly trained to perform tasks. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES:** • Maintain a daily log of security checks/inspections of classified areas • Maintain a daily Visitor Log of all personnel visiting the CRCC • Secure the building via Intrusion Detection System (IDS) • Monitor mission scheduling using TRMS Mission Scheduling • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members • Ensure each team member is properly trained • Monitor team member performance • Provide work assignments to team members • Submit Leave Requests to WAO Team Lead for approval • Maintain good communications with government facility personnel \* Supervise and develop the security team **** **** **Comments:** Compliance with health mandates as dictated by the contract may be required as a condition of employment. **This position is contingent upon funding.**
