**SUBSIDIARY:** The Center for Autism (CFA) **ROLE TYPE:** Full-Time **JOB OVERVIEW:** The ABA Clinical Supervisor provides services utilizing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) to individuals with autism spectrum disorder. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for completing a range of client assessments and assisting in ensuring the clinical integrity of the IBHS-ABA designated team, including BCBAs, BCs, and BHTs/Registered Behavior Technicians. The Clinical Supervisor demonstrates adherence to the clinical model as well as the regulatory policies and procedures at The Center for Autism. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Direct Clinical Supervision, Staff Development & Leadership** - Complete Functional Behavior Assessments and Skills Assessments for assigned clients across settings. - Assess and implement standardized assessment and supervision tools that are aligned with CBH ABA performance standards. - Provide consultation to the assigned caseload in the implementation of the treatment and behavior support plan, implementation of behavioral assessment measures, functional behavioral assessment, and treatment plan implementation. - Provide clinical services to assigned cases, as clinically indicated. - Provide in vivo guidance, training, and support to the IBHS-ABA team. - Support in ABA staff training to ensure compliance with CBH ABA performance standards. - Ensure compliance with all PHMC/CFA policies and procedures, including confidentiality and acting as a mandated reporter in accordance with the law, policies, and procedures. - Provide back-up coverage and support clinical services in the absence of ABA staff. - Provide clinical supervision of IBHS-ABA staff, as needed. - Assist in the interview process for IBHS-ABA staff, including BHTs/RBTs, ABCs, and BCs. - Maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with all team members. - Achieve weekly productivity and billing targets. - Attend interagency meetings to coordinate the design of treatment plans and service recommendations. - Complete all required documentation in a thorough, accurate, and timely manner. - Provide clinical information to the evaluating psychologist/psychiatrist as required or requested. - Documentation & Compliance - Review treatment plans, progress notes, and data collection to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance with format adherence to the ABA model, as outlined in CBH performance standards. - Ensure that all cases are monitored to ensure the billable status of services. - Participate in and complete all CBH mandatory in-services. These trainings must be completed within three months of hire and annually from the date of the initial training. Participate in at least 10 hours of documented Continuing Education Units (additional in-service) per year (“year” is defined as twelve months after the date of hire). **Communication** - Collaborate with and address any concerns from parents, CBH, schools, and/or the agency/administration. - Communicate consistently and effectively with BCBAs, LBCs, and BHT/RBTs regarding the status of authorizations, i.e., hours, location, and time frame of authorization. Document accurately all communications with staff. **Crisis & Coverage** - Provide ABA treatment for the community-based ABA program team when there is a staff shortage. - Convene team meetings to provide crisis intervention when situations arise. **Staff Leadership** - Foster a strengths-based, trauma-informed, accountable, committed, and motivated environment. - Foster a climate that attracts, retains, and motivates high performance and adherence to the ABA treatment model. - Ensure the caliber of diverse staff with skills appropriate to meet the needs of those served. - Model CFA’s/PHMC’s core competencies, holding staff accountable to do the same. **Team Leadership** - Demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with all internal and external stakeholders. - Communicate as a multidisciplinary staff team member through forma…
