This is a rewarding, hands-on role with paid training, strong clinical support, and opportunities to grow within the field of behavioral health. ### **Why Choose Alora Behavioral Health?** - **Competitive Pay:** $21.00–$25.00/hour, with opportunities for growth - **Paid Training:** Must be able to commit to approximately **60 hours of paid training**, including modules, webinars, and assessment - **Supportive Team:** Ongoing guidance from experienced Supervisors and BCBAs - **Flexible Scheduling:** Part-time and full-time options; sessions typically occur between **3:00 pm – 8:00 pm** - **Career Growth:** Potential BCBA supervision hours for qualifying candidates - **Benefits:** Paid sick leave, college tuition discounts, and ongoing professional development ### **What You'll Do** - Implement ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA - Collect accurate data during therapy sessions - Work with clients in home, community, school, or clinic settings - Address challenging behaviors using positive behavior support strategies - Support caregivers as needed - Maintain timely session notes and timecards - Collaborate with Supervisors and clinical teams - Adhere to ethical standards and company policies - Support new hires through shadowing and overlap sessions ### **What We're Looking For** - High School Diploma or GED required - College coursework in progress or completed (preferred) - At least **6 months of experience** working with individuals with disabilities (preferred, not required) - Availability of **at least 15 hours per week** during afternoons/evenings - Must be **18 years or older** - Valid driver's license and auto insurance (paid travel time provided) - Ability to pass background check, TB test, physical/Fit for Duty exam, and provide or obtain proof of required immunizations ### **Join Our Team** If you're ready to start a fulfilling career where your work truly matters, we'd love to meet you.
