This role handles day-to-day assignments and related issues resolutions dealing with their assigned program. This position includes a combination of administrative and operations project coordination. **Essential Job Functions:** - Perform day-to-day administrative tasks associated with supporting the operations management team and the client - Utilize client tools to enable the production of standardized and ad hoc reporting as needed to - Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement to communicate to leadership and client partner as needed to provide insights to improve team performance, strategies, or business processes. - Drive project coordination and related issues resolutions - Coordinate department scheduling and related workforce management tasks for operations management team as needed - Ensure data integrity and maintenance of client tools including reporting - Research and resolve issues within scope of responsibility - Maintain a core competency of relationship building and cross teaming skills - Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers, clients, team members, and department contacts - Maintain strict confidentiality of information provided by client and leadership or data accessed within assigned systems ## Qualifications **Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** - Proven track record of successful project coordination - Understanding of business systems/processes and client expectations - Proactive and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial “can do” attitude - Working knowledge of the Internet and web-based data collection and reporting - Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve, meet deadlines and goals - Ability to communicate effectively and provide follow-up - Capability of working in a team-oriented environment that is fair, open, and honest - Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to tackle complex issues and develop innovative and practical solutions - Action and detail oriented; able to prioritize while handling multiple tasks - Quick and strong decision-making skills - Proficient in Microsoft Suite; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint **Job Requirements:** - Associate’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree - 2+ years’ experience in similar role - May require travel ## Additional Information MarketSource is an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider all applications without regards to race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information or any characteristic protected by law.
