The ideal candidate would be a self-motivated, self-starter who can plan, prioritize, and take the initiative on the job. We are looking for individuals with a high degree of responsibility who are ready to start working. We will be running a background check as well as an onsite drug test. Monitor building’s security and safety by locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created. Properly use cleaning solutions and chemicals to remove stains and clean surfaces. Use approved cleaning solutions with proper PPE as required and must follow SDS. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using proper cleaners, sponges, and squeegees. Dust furniture and scrub surface clean. Clean and service restrooms with mops and proper disinfectants. Arrive on time for the shift as scheduled and complete all work in the allotted time. Identify and report needed repairs on equipment to ensure they are well-maintained. Cross-train on other duties or areas as assigned by Supervisor. DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES: Limpiar los edificios incluye: vaciar basura, aspirar los pisos, barrer, trapear y limpiar las superficies asignadas Supervisar la seguridad del edificio cerrando puertas después de las horas de operación y verificar el uso de electrodomésticos para garantizar que no se creen riesgos. Desempolvar muebles y tallar areas hasta que queden limpias. Limpiar y dar servicio a los baños la veces necesarias usando trapeadores y desinfectantes adecuados.
