Primary Responsibilities Standards-Based Instruction & Lesson Planning. Plan and deliver rigorous, engaging, standards-aligned instruction in literacy, mathematics, science, and social studies for scholars in grades K�5. Develop lesson plans and unit plans that are grounded in state standards, aligned to HOPE's adopted curricula (My Math, Open-Up Resources), and responsive to the diverse needs of all learners. Ensure instruction is intentional, purposeful, and connected to meaningful learning goals every day. Differentiated Instruction & Meeting Diverse Learner Needs. Design and deliver differentiated instruction that meets the needs of all scholars, including English Learners, scholars with IEPs, and scholars performing above or below grade level.
