## Dealership: L0324 Subaru of South Hills ### **South Hills Subaru** **NOW HIRING**: Parts Advisor - **Pay:** To **** be discussed during interview - **Schedule:** Onsite Wednesday-Saturday (fulltime) You will report to the Parts Manager. **What You'll Do** - Answer telephone and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Communicate with customers and vendors via phone, in-person or email. - Assist customers by answering questions, checking stock availability, and taking parts orders. - Order parts from suppliers based on service department and customer requests. - Create accurate invoices in ADP. - Receive, unpack and store parts in appropriate storage areas so they are readily available when needed. - Check quantity and condition of goods received against invoices and purchase orders.
