**Sanitor** JBS is seeking an hourly **3^rd^ Shift Sanitor Team Member**! Position starts at **$19.50 per hour.** **Benefits Include** **** - Paid vacation and holidays **** - Medical, dental and vision benefits **** - 401(k) plan **** - Better Futures Program **** - Onsite Cafeteria **** - Career development opportunities **** **** **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** **** Responsibilities - To clean and sanitize machinery and floors in a production line setting - Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around assigned area - Set up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies - Monitor and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas - Operate heavy equipment - Stay aware of your surroundings and notify a supervisor if you recognize a hazard - Perform other duties as needed or as assigned Functional Requirements - Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75lbs on occasion with a partner - Ability to stoop and bend at the waist on occasion - Must use proper personal protective equipment effectively **Qualifications** **** - High School Diploma or equivalent certification - Ability to speak, read, and write English - Good verbal and written communication skills - Bilingual (Spanish) preferred - Must be well-organized with good attention to detail - Display strong work ethic and positive attitude - Adaptable and dependable with ability to follow direction and work cooperation with others - Must maintain a helpful and professional attitude and appearance - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved, instructions and to deal with problems involving a few different variables. - Strong desire to work hands-on work environment - Good attendance and safety records - Must be 18 years of age or older **Work Environment** **** - Must be able to work in a cold, damp environment - Production and maintenance settings - Exposure to various chemicals, machinery, and knives ***About JBS*** JBS USA is a leading global provider of diversified, high-quality food products, including a portfolio of well-recognized brands and innovative, easy-to-use food solutions.
