3rd Shift Order Selector Incentive Based Pay

We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated 3rd Shift Order Picker for our Columbus location. **Pay & Schedule** - **Training pay: $20/hour until piece pay begins** - **Performance-based pay: $.25 per case picked** - **Typical earnings: $175–$350 per shift** - **Schedule:** 5 days/week, 3rd shift - **Start time:** 7:00 PM - **Average shift length:** 8.5 hours (some shorter, some longer) **What You’ll Do** - Use RF scanners (ring-finger style) to pick orders accurately - Move product weighing 10–70 lbs throughout your shift - Work on your feet in a **refrigerated environment** - Operate **tow-motors and stand-up forklifts** - Follow instructions and safety guidelines in English **What We're Looking For** - Responsible for picking accurate products and quantities for orders using ring-finger RF scanners. - Continually lift/push/pull a variety of packages with weights from 10-50 pounds. - Work is performed on your feet throughout the shift in a **refrigerated environment**. - Must be 18 years of age. - Operate with accountability while having an eye for detail. - Experience operating tow-motors/forklifts helpful. - Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 65-pound packages - Must be able to stand/walk over the course of an 8-hour shift - Must be able to **pass a drug screen test.** - Must be able to **pass a background check.** - Must be able to read English. **We are proud to be a drug free workplace.
