We are seeking dynamic candidates who enjoy a fast-paced and team oriented work environment supported by a company with the motto "Customers first, employees always!" ## Job Description **Job Purpose**: Ultimately responsible for preventative and diagnostic maintenance of equipment. **Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**: - Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machinery and facility equipment - Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of machinery - Support with machine improvement and the installation of new equipment - Must have controls, robot programming, and automation experience - Complete TPM activities on workshop equipment - Read and interpret equipment manuals and blueprints to perform required maintenance and service - Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties - Perform other duties as required or assigned by supervisor - Follow all OSHA and internal safety standards **Key Measures of Success** - Safety Record - OEE - Continuous Improvement Activity - Machine Uptime - PM Completion % ## Qualifications - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience - Experience in Industrial Maintenance, technical field or technical schooling - Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills a plus - Automation experience a plus - Well versed in standard preventative maintenance protocols - Proficient in use of hand tools, power tools, shop equipment and appropriate PPE - Proficient in metal cutting, welding, drilling and tapping - Working knowledge of PLC and relay logic control systems - Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic devices and controls - Working knowledge of electrical distribution systems and LOTO procedures - Previous experience maintaining air compressors a plus - Ability to perform active job duties that require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing - Ability to lift and/or move 50 lbs ## Additional Information Phoenix Stamping Group, LLC offers a drug-free work place along with a competitive salary and benefits package.
