2nd Shift Tube Laser Helper

## Description **Under the general supervision of ACS corporate management and specifically reporting to the Fabrication Manager, the Laser Helper will assist the Laser operators in their day-to-day function.** ## Requirements Duties and Responsibilities Safely and properly load and unload raw and finished materials. Ensure parts are gathered and meet specifications. Work effectively with team members and assist in organizing and maintaining the machine shop environment. Must be able to accurately read a tapeline. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Proficiency in blueprint reading and use of precision measuring tools. Ability to use hand tools and tooling effectively. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or training in machining is preferred. Technical Skills Ability to read a measuring tape Must be able to read and understand blueprints Ability to distinguish the different types of metals that are used Ability to pass ACS forklift safety training and obtained license (issued by ACS) Proven measurement and mathematical fraction/decimal conversion skills
