Your responsibilities will include: - Create, review, and maintain inspection and test plans - Perform product inspections and verify compliance with customer specifications - Coordinate customer inspections and quality documentation - Maintain calibration records and quality systems - Support internal and external quality audits - Ensure compliance with ISO standards, banking requirements, and customer specifications - Investigate non-conformances (NCRs) and customer complaints - Assist with corrective and preventive actions to improve quality - Review documentation for accuracy and completeness - Collaborate with Production, Operations, and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues - Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements - Assist the Quality Manager with projects that improve efficiency and quality performance **What We're Looking For** - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to interpret procedures, specifications, and technical documentation - Positive attitude and willingness to learn new products and processes - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office **Quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing, printing, production, or ISO experience is a plus but not required.** We value candidates who are dependable, eager to learn, and committed to producing high-quality work.
