Join a team committed to quality, community, and continuous improvement. **Position Overview** We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven 2nd Shift Production Manager to lead operations on the production floor. In this role, you'll oversee shift performance, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a key leadership position where your ability to develop teams, solve problems, and maintain high standards will directly impact daily operations and long-term success. **What You'll Do** - Lead and supervise all 2nd shift production operations - Drive safety, quality, and productivity across departments - Coach and develop supervisors and production team members - Monitor workflow and adjust labor/resources to meet production goals - Conduct floor walks to address issues and reinforce standards - Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMPs, and food safety regulations - Partner with HR on staffing, scheduling, and performance management - Track KPIs and identify opportunities for operational improvement - Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives - Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement **What We're Looking For** - Several years of leadership experience in manufacturing or production - Strong ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of safety, quality, and production processes - Experience with coaching, employee development, and performance management - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Food manufacturing or refrigerated environment experience preferred **Compensation & Benefits** We believe in taking care of the people who take care of our customers.
