Learn more about the ITAR [Here](https://www.pmddtc.state.gov/ddtc_public?id=ddtc_kb_article_page&sys_id=24d528fddbfc930044f9ff621f961987) **(Offering a highly competitive wage pending experience!)\*\*Not accepting applications from staffing agencies or third-party recruiters.\*\*** ## Requirements - Setup/Operate CNC Vertical & Horizontal Mills 4 Axis with palletizing. - Setup/Operate CNC Turning and Manual Turning. - Load fixture in the machine with blank parts to be machined or a machined part for one (1) of the part - specific operations, which would be noted on the job router. - Utilize measuring devices to accurately measure part characteristics to ensure they meet part conformance requirements, and document measurements on inspection documents. - Seek supervisory help if the machine fails or measurements get completely outside limits. - Document on router production, quality & scrap counts daily. - Check to make sure the Coolant or Oil levels are at proper function levels. **Skills & Experience** - CNC machining experience, preferably with CNC Turning Center up to 12 Turrets. CNC Mill Machines - Defense and Aerospace Industry experience - AS9100 Experience is a plus - Ability to read GD&T Code - Ability to use all measuring tools
