We would love to speak with you!** Will-Mor Manufacturing is a leading precision CNC Manufacturer specializing in complex, tight-tolerance parts in the Defense and Aerospace Industries. The ideal candidate will be able to supervise 20+ production employees in a CNC Machining facility. Maintain a positive working environment and coach individuals to succeed. Learn more about the ITAR [Here](https://www.pmddtc.state.gov/ddtc_public?id=ddtc_kb_article_page&sys_id=24d528fddbfc930044f9ff621f961987). **Not accepting applications from staffing agencies or third-party recruiters.** ## Requirements - Maintains a positive, team environment relationship with employees by communicating job expectations; monitoring and appraising job results; coaching, coordinating, and enforcing policies and procedures. - Supervise milling and lathe employees cycle time, scrap/rework, and tooling issues. - Check process sheets daily to ensure completeness and accuracy before each production run. - Work directly with the tool room to ensure jobs have proper & required fixturing. - Establishes priorities and monitors progress, revising them as needed. - Maintains quality service by enforcing established organization standards. - Maintains a safe and clean work environment. **Skills & Experience:** - **Experience:** 3 - 5 years of Experience in machining and setup preferred. - **Leadership Experience** in a machining production environment a plus! - **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication skills. Must be able to communicate with both management and non-management associates.
