HPHA is a multi-site organization that includes Clinton Public Hospital, St. Marys Memorial Hospital, Seaforth Community Hospital and Stratford General Hospital. **ROLE** The Registered Nurse (RN) is a valued member of the interdisciplinary team within the department and organization. They are responsible for the coordination and delivery of quality patient care by assessing and identifying patient needs, implementing and monitoring the patients’ medical plan, and following HPHA policies and procedures. Additionally, the Registered Nurse must follow nursing processes within the profession’s and licensures scope of practice. They will provide education and support to patients and family members.
