2026-27 Teacher Development Student Interventionist (TDSI) - Math JobID: 8988 Position Type: Teacher/Teacher: Elem Date Posted: 7/16/2026 Location: North Crowley High Date Available: July 2026 Additional Information: Show/Hide Description: The Teacher Development and Student Intervention Specialist - Math position is designed to build teachers' capacity in content and pedagogy by providing and supporting ongoing professional learning, coaching and feedback and monitoring and analyzing student learning as a means of deepening teachers' content knowledge, improving practice, and elevating student achievement. The lead will support curriculum development, professional development and integration/alignment of instructional standards. The TDSI is also designed to work directly with students to personalize the learning experience based on their needs. Qualifications: Education/Certification: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university Valid Texas teaching credentials in the area(s) and grade level(s) of assignment Special Knowledge/Skills: Strong subject area content knowledge as appropriate to assignment Exceptional communication skills Knowledge and experience in curriculum and instructional strategy implementation Knowledge and experience with rigorous curriculum and instructional strategies Knowledge of effective instructional strategies and research-based best practices Evidence of skills in planning, organization, and collaboration Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of effective professional development practices Knowledge of English Language Learners (ELL) strategies Passion for increasing student learning Experience using student and campus level data to select, implement and differentiate instructional methods, designed to meet each student's individual needs Experience: At least 3 years of recent successful classroom teaching experience Minimum Salary $63,810 (2025-26 Comp Plan) • Salary determination will be based on verified relevant work experience • Salary will be adjusted to the start date Teacher Pay Scale + 10 days Email To A Friend Print Version Openings as of 7/16/2026
