Basic computer skills required. Experience with school-based systems such as Qmlativ (student records) and Frontline (substitute management) preferred. Ability to monitor and support success plans related to student attendance, behavior, and academic performance. Accurate/efficient data entry skills required for documenting attendance, discipline, etc. required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Professionalism, dependability, and the ability to remain composed under pressure. Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with parents/guardians, students, staff and the public from a diverse cultural, social and economic background. Previous successful office experience highly preferred. Bilingual and biliterate in English and Spanish required. Must be willing to work flexible hours when necessary.
