Our success is built on the dedication of our employees, and we are committed to providing a workplace where people are valued, supported, and given opportunities to advance. **What You'll Do** As a **1st Shift Carrier Printer**, you'll play a key role in preparing and printing carriers and labels that meet strict quality and security standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Review and verify production job tickets before printing - Organize and prioritize daily printing assignments - Set up and operate carrier and label printing equipment - Print carriers and labels using machine controls and computer templates - Create shipping labels using FedEx, DHL, and other shipping applications - Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy and compliance - Maintain inventory of production materials and supplies - Update production records and electronic files - Keep work areas clean, organized, and secure - Follow all company safety, security, and quality procedures - Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals What We're Looking For - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions - Good organizational and time management skills - Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and data entry - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - Ability to stand and work throughout an 8-hour shift - Dependable attendance and willingness to follow established security and safety procedures **No experience required!** Experience with machine operation, printing, mailing, or manufacturing is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate. **Additional Requirements** - Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening If you're looking for a stable **1st shift position** with excellent benefits, paid training, and opportunities for advancement, apply today and join the Tag Systems USA team!
