You will take ownership of end-to-end feature development, collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver robust, high-performance, and user-centric digital experiences. **What** **** **you’ll** **** **do** - Architect, design, and deliver high-quality code, helping define and promote engineering best practices at INDG. - Serve as a strong technical influencer across multiple areas and business domains. - Deliver and present solutions for large initiatives spanning multiple verticals. - Design and build scalable, high-availability, high-performance products with deep expertise in front-end and back-end architecture. - Shape broad system architecture, shipping large services, complex libraries, and major infrastructure components. - Identify strategic technology opportunities that support INDG's growth as a business. - Lead cross-team projects that span multiple domains and business units. - Contribute to the team's technology roadmap and vision. - Collaborate with cross-functional partners, translating technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders. - Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned. **What makes you a great fit** ****🎯 - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 7+ Years of experience working with Vue or React. - 7+ Years of experience working with Node (Express, Fastify, or similar). - 5+ Years of experience working with AWS. - 5+ Years of experience working with PostgreSQL. - 3+ Years of experience working with Ruby. - 3+ Years of experience working with Terraform. - 2+ Years of experience working with Oracle. - Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients.
