£130k Tax-Free - Senior Consultant Psychiatrist (General Adult) - Qatar

Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Consultant Psychiatrist to join a British founded and managed, Western-set-up clinic in Doha, Qatar. This is a private outpatient practice with no inpatient beds and no on-call rota, serving a busy, international patient base. The clinic is growing, offering genuine scope to help shape the service as part of an expanding team. **With this job opportunity NO accommodation is provided and must be sourced and paid for by the appointed candidate** Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychiatric assessment, diagnosis and ongoing management for adult patients Manage a broad general adult case mix, including mood, anxiety and personality disorders Deliver consultations within scheduled clinic sessions Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with clinic and Qatar regulatory standards Work closely with a wider multidisciplinary team, including clinical psychologists and allied therapists Essential Criteria to Apply CCT, CCST, or equivalent EU specialisation in Psychiatry Minimum 6 years' post-certification clinical experience at Consultant level Demonstrable experience in general adult psychiatry Registered (or eligible for registration) with the Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP), Qatar — formerly QCHP Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English What's on Offer for You? £130,000 equivalent tax-free salary - 55-60K QAR a month including bonus No inpatient beds, no emergency department, no on-call commitment Outpatient-only, appointment-based working pattern Relocation support and visa sponsorship Opportunity to join a growing team and help shape a developing service Location in Detail Doha is the capital of Qatar, a modern, safe, and rapidly growing city offering a high standard of living, excellent international schooling, tax-free earning potential, and a large expatriate community.
