PAY GRADE: N-207- Grade 4 - Salary Range: $26,340.00 to $40,302.00. Salary placement will be based on Douglas County Board of Education approved salary schedules and years of verified experience. FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 207 Days (11 Months) REPORTS TO: Principal EDUCATION LEVEL: High School Graduate PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Routine physical activities that are required to fulfill job responsibilities. Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body; sedentary work involves sitting most of the time; jobs are sedentary if working and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met. PROFICIENT SKILLS: General office skills including light typing, filing, elementary knowledge of computers and office equipment ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Essential duties are assigned to the 11-Month Office/Health Monitor Clerk based on the needs of the school and may vary from one school to another. 1. Demonstrates prompt and regular attendance 2. Enters and maintains all student attendance records daily 3. Records all grades for students and prints report cards 4. Prints progress reports 5. Maintains all student permanent records/cards 6. Processes all student records request 7. Enters and maintains student schedules 8. Enters and maintains discipline reports for students 9. Processes all new student records and assigns schedules 10. Prepares records for storage at the records center 11. Transfers student records to other schools 12.
