$1000 Sign-On Bonus Full-Time DSP/Caregiver Position - Easton, PA Area

Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver � Easton & Forks Township, PA In Home & Community Support Services � $17�$23/hr Flexible Schedules | Weekly Pay | Paid Training | Growth Opportunities | Team Environment Abound Health is hiring two Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support a young individual living with Autism in the Easton/Forks Township area. He has been home for the past two years and is ready to begin building comfort and confidence with community participation. He currently prefers staying home, so caregivers will begin with in-home support and gradually introduce community outings as trust and comfort grow. He has experienced loss and needs someone kind, empathetic, patient, and interactive. He enjoys gaming, computers, and organizing � he has many strengths we are hoping to help unlock with the right support. There are three small dogs in the home, so caregivers must be comfortable with pets. What You�ll Do As a DSP, you will support him in building independence, engaging in preferred activities, and gradually accessing the community.
