We’re looking for **Cold Storage Forklift Operators** who thrive in challenging conditions and take pride in keeping things moving — efficiently and safely. **Schedule: 1 Shift C (Mon - Fri) 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM** **Pay $21.03 + $1.50 Shift diff** **What You’ll Be Doing:** - Safely operate **stand-up forklifts** to keep orders moving and customers happy - Handle products with care in **cold storage and blast zone areas** - Receive, unload, inspect, and rotate inventory with attention to **accuracy and freshness** - Ensure **proper storage and stacking** to prevent spoilage or contamination - Monitor and maintain **cold storage temperature standards** - Support shipping by **picking, prepping, and consolidating pallets** - Perform **load audits**, correct labels and inventory issues - Replenish product in appropriate bays and jump in with **manual case picking** as directed - Take on related duties — and grow your skills along the way! **What We’re Looking For:** - **6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience** - **Comfortable working full shifts in cold storage/freezer environments** - **Must have the physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently** - Bonus points for **Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification** - A true **team player** who works toward common goals - Brings a **positive attitude** and **strong work ethic** every day - Experience or training in: GMP, HACCP, and Allergen protocols - Strong knowledge of safety procedures in cold storage settings - **Reliable** – we count on you, and so does the team **Work Environment:** - This job operates in a warehouse environment—where the action happens! **Ready to Elevate Your Career?** Join us at CJ Logistics and be a part of something bigger.
