Summary Responsible for overseeing day to day work flow efficiency of the Bentonville Community Center Fitness Center. Tasks include greeting guests, offering guest assistance, maintaining fitness equipment, enforcing safety rules and policies, and light housekeeping to ensure members enjoy a clean and safe fitness environment. This position works weekend shifts Primary responsibilities - Greet patrons and answer questions about the facility. - Ensure gymnasium and fitness floor areas are tidy. - Ensure fitness class sign in sheets and fitness classes are running smoothly. - Basketball and lock checkouts. - Gymnasium and fitness floor walkthroughs. - Maintaining fitness equipment. - Organize fitness floor closets and equipment. - Setup pickle ball, badminton, and volleyball equipment at the designated times. - Report incidents and accidents on the fitness floor. - Light housekeeping that includes vacuuming, wiping equipment, and folding towels. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Highschool Diploma or GED; No work experience required.
