TITLE: Inside Sales Rep. POSITION OBJECTIVE: Drive sales growth and market expansion by business development, product commercialization, and collaboration between Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, and Manufacturing. QUALIFICATIONS: College graduate with engineering background Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth and expand market share. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to support business development. Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless communication and execution. Coordinate with manufacturing to align production schedules, product availability, and customer requirements. Work closely with engineering and production teams on new product development, product improvements, and commercialization. Communicate customer forecasts, demand changes, and special requirements to manufacturing for effective production planning. Support product launches, customer trials, and qualification programs by coordinating technical and manufacturing resources. Resolve production and supply issues through cross-functional collaboration to maintain customer satisfaction. Ensure customer expectations are translated into manufacturing specifications while maintaining quality, cost, and delivery objectives. Provide market feedback to manufacturing to improve product performance, operational efficiency, and competitive positioning. Collaborate with manufacturing to optimize inventory levels, production capacity, and supply chain responsiveness.
