As an Auxiliar General, you will play a vital role in ensuring our sales floor runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, maintaining the organization and presentation of products, and contributing to a positive and welcoming shopping experience. ### Responsibilities - Greet and assist customers with inquiries and purchases. - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed. - Restock shelves and ensure an adequate supply of merchandise. - Monitor and report any damaged or missing items to the relevant team. - Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. - Handle customer returns and exchanges in a friendly and efficient manner. - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, especially regarding health and safety. - Assist in inventory management and keep records of stock levels. - Offer suggestions and feedback to improve the customer experience and sales strategies. ### Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. - Previous experience in a customer service or retail role is an asset. - Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. - Attention to detail and a strong work ethic. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. - Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques. - Proficiency in using basic office equipment and technology. - Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights. - A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a positive attitude.
